Depends how many season tickets get sold, 10,000 £150 adult season tickets is £1.5m less the VAT charged. He probably needs an income of £2.5-£3m to break even as a complete guess. Ignoring the Covid situation for a moment, 10,000 season tickets in 21/22 is going to depend on how this season goes and who is appointed manager next summer. Another miserable season and let’s be honest, selling 10,000 adult season tickets will be a challenge.

Which could mean he gets a decent offer for the club.
Now is possibly the best time to buy a tier 3 or 4 club

He can't own two league clubs at the same time.

They have the Football league share that is worth a lot, Many business do not have assets, big retail stores rent their shops rather than own them and technically have no assets in the traditional sense,

You invested to make money. I believe Rupp did with us to make money but the problem is a football club doesn't make money unless you invest more money into it and on the pitch move forward.

If he doesn't care about us then he needs to leave. That simple.

I always wondered why we don't hear from Edin..Makes you wonder doesn't it?

You would think but when retailers go bust eg House of Fraser the suppliers are always complaining about the money owed

Hey up Fordy. What do you think would be a sensible asking price? And how much over and above that amount do you think the new owners would need to inject to take us forwards? The reason I ask is because at this moment I don't think there is anyone willing to make that level of investment

First of all people will always buy someone. During Covid deals have gone through to takeover football clubs and more will be sold over the coming months. So lets put that to bed.

Honestly, I don't know how much Rupp would want. Heard he wanted 10m but issue we have is he is loaning the club money and might want the debt back on top of his value. I feel he would be looking for about 5m or 6m really. Should be happy though to take 2-3m in my head and get out.

To inject us forward we need to get rid of McCall. Get a decent manager in, decent back room staff , decent recruitment staff and maybe a football director- All this won't cost too much.

Off the pitch its an owner or owners that are serious about development and kicking the club on wanting better for Bradford City.

It would depend on how the deal was structured, he might take an initial sum and immediate repayment of loans, and then the balance spread over a fixed term.

I hear what you are saying, but I still don't think there is anyone out there with enough money and passion for Bradford to take it on. I would love to be proved wrong

Of course..We don't own a training ground or a stadium. Chance for someone to build a real club.

Under Rhodes never going to happen. Ever!

Rhodes will buy the club after he has run its value down
