    I know several lads who run different football clubs as I posted I asked the grandson about Mason as he is the same age and would have thought he might have gone to Wibsey Primary with the grandson but not one person has any knowledge of the lad, Manchester United certainly knew about him and got in very early.

    He joined a footballing school in Halifax at a very young age. It was one of Man U's network of 50 or so schools around the country in towns without an EFL or PL club academy or CoE which at the time invited kids to join and then kept an eye on the ones with talent. It's worked out well for both him and Man U.
