The no response is what I can't get my head around! Totally unacceptable

 

The club can be poor on email responses. I posted back in August that I only found out Friday (before Saturday game) that we had been accepted into suites for youngests birthday despite emailing a month before!!

Many thanks for the info Steve unfortunately can’t make it, but my thoughts will be with the family and they should be proud of Kenny and celebrate Kenny life even though it was cut far to short RIP Kenny a lovely guy and a pleasure to have met you many times.

That was a chilling read. What a horrible, horrible way to go.
