I'm new around here, but you appear to have an aggressive / confrontational tone to your replies. I'm not going to involve my self in any of that.
This unless I am mistaken is a football forum, which really shouldn't result in such passive aggressive interactions.
Good luck to you though.

When there is something to say , they will say it. Being interviewed about games, is currently Kevin Mcdonald's role , which he does rather well and the players, not the owner or ceo

Think it’s a lose lose for sparks if he says anything.
He’ll get attacked for making a statement, as with the “won’t accept mediocrity at Bradford”
Or people will complain if he doesn’t.
Rather he focused on finding the right manager personally.vladimir, Kevin1954, Keefly Bantam and 2 others like this. -
The greater point being made here, is just how poor comms is from the senior levels of the club, rather than anyone expecting a running commentary on the current recruitment process ongoing. Successful companies and sports clubs have this side of the business absolutely nailed and in an era where there's never ending thirst for information City in my opinion leave a lot to be desired in this area. I actually don't think it is fair on KM to be the voice of the club right now during another period of turmoil. Sure leave him to talk about the footballing side, but I think we have every right to understand the club's new vision for the future now Hughes has gone, and that can only come from the decision makers at the top.

There's nothing more Ryan Sparks can add to what he said in the statement when Hughes was sacked. If we are going through an full interview process then it was always going to take a few weeks He also did an interview on Radio Leeds before the Walsall game

As to McD I agree, all good experience which so far, in my opinion, he has handled well. Obviously early days but post Wimbledon he was very clear he thought we were off it at certain times, echoed by Lewis, Ridehalgh and Manny in their pieces, the message had clearly got through to them as it did to me when I listened. Leave them alone they know what they're about.Salty, vladimir and JonButterfield like this. -

In my opinion, the reason RS is so quiet, is cos he doesn't know what to say! McD's three wins on the trot must be making him smile, but at the same time give him a right headache. He's been down that road before, recruiting in house due to some run of form and got his fingers burnt. He knows he's got to get it right this time, and he'll be looking at appointing the right man with the right credentials, and also be looking into the future making sure he's not going to be sacking someone after yet another failure. Poor fella is probably in a dark room somewhere burying his head in his spam box. -
Back on Saturday mate, walking around the house without sticks but I'll take them down to the game with me those bloody steps in the Sunwin stand must be a foot high, but there's always Jimmy Cuthbertson and Ian Cooper ready to catch me pull me up stood in the alse way at the top .QCFC BANTAM, Rocket and Onside like this. -
When I/we had a recruitment process it never ever made public knowledge , Bradford City is a business and an employer, they are no different. The applications are private and could infringe employment law if made public. It’s impossible to produce timescale but Park and I gave a rough indication, which were a finger in the air, by the way. Why you ask? Isn’t it obvious? Some applicant are already employed and thus under contract. The number of applicants is an unknown, more applicants the longer it can take .Its impossible to give a timetable as a result .
There is another potential reason

I’m not the latter. You posted I replied with a suitable answer. What answer would one want? A honest one or b/s ? -
Ryan can't win if he gives a running commentary with regards how the new recruitment is going some will say he doesn't need to be in the media until the club are about to make the appointment whilst others want statements on a regular basis, as @Kevin1954 says if there are applications from someone in work or in the case of Adams we have approached his club of employment he cant make such information known publicly, as a Morecambe fan who had just seen their manager bring them a massive slice of success basing it on the football clubs past history I wouldn't like to know my club were in discussions with the first manager to get them to league one, unfortunately that situation was hardly hush hush.

As you rightly say a football club is slightly different than an every day business and communication is key when things are not going so well.Edinho1 and Peaks Bantam like this. -
I am no fan of Rupp or Sparks but even I can’t agree here. Keep their head down concentrate on bringing the best on the market into the club and close out the background noise.
