Sour grapes? He’ll be buzzing tonight that they’ve won promotion and I’m sure the £200k received from us would have helped. Whereas we have a player that has not lived up to any price tag, let alone over £200k

Isn't that exactly what we want @Loyalbantam@Loyalbantam 19,000+ at Valley Parade cheering the team on or do you prefer a half empty stadium, although to be fair both the Shrewsbury and Portsmouth games the crowd have been very vocal maybe more so last night as the Pompey fans were a credit to their club the away following for a midweek game was impressive IMO.

Makes no difference to me the size of the crowd if 10000 of them are just sat there disinterested in the game itself.
Had better experiences in the 80’s 90’s with 6000 fans who actually wanted to be there.

YES, especially with them having to travel from the South coast.

I sort of agree - he just doesn’t look fit. Not that I can class myself as ‘trim’ but he looks overweight.

IF yes IF - There was a glimmer of hope for the play offs, we could really rue those results against Wimbledon and Blackpool. HOW gutting would it be to miss out on goal difference ? City currently have - 10, whilst Scunny have + 10.

Part of the problem with the atmosphere at city is the fans only seem to respond when the opposition bring a noisy bunch with them. We seemed to rise to the occasion when pompey were giving it large its just a shame there wasnt a full house to really shout them down.. I love seeing a full noisy away at city, it brings out the best in us home fans

I think the money we earn just needs to be spent better.. no need for transfer fees get it in the wage budget.. You don't need a load of money to be succesful in league one or two..

Accrinngton operate on a weekly budget of £15k a week and that's for everything!!! Just shows it's not what you spend but how you spend it

Not a bloody chance of the play offs.

Mathematically yes, realistically not a chance

I was thinking the same thing, he does look to have a bit of a belly! One thing we really need to sort out in the close season is fitness. Something the team has struggled with as a whole this season.

While there is still a mathematical chance then I'm still hoping we can make it. Trying to be optimistic!

    Two spots from 6 teams.

charlton will struggle with 3 hard games left. I think 3 points so end on 68

scunny should be ok provided they dont hit the panic button. 8 points ending with 72

plymouth 5 games but with a few tricky ones. 7 points ending with 71

Portsmouth pick up 6/7 more points so will finish on 69/70

Peterborough hard run and under the cosh, fans not taken to evans, 4 points at best ending on only 65.

Leaving city to win all five to nick a spot. Wont happen, win our home games, draw at dale, perhaps all to play for at Scunthorpe but probably not. 10 points ending on 67.

Quite possibly one game short, leaving us ruing at run of one win in 15. Very disappointing

    No we can't.

we could win every game and still probably not make it. and we won't win every game.

50% correct. If we won every game we would make it due to other fixtures (stop guessing ) but we won't

Well yes, not sure how much of a pre season he had with us? When I first saw him in August/September he looked unfit and overweight, and Stuart took him off. I don’t think he played again for ages. He needs to understand that he needs to keep fit for 12 months of the year when you are a professional footballer, but if he is staying Grayson will be making sure he does.

I am presuming you are not a professional footballer @Campbell's soup@Campbell's soup, so how fit you are is completely down to you.
