Why has Rosler turned us down. He said he wasnt interested but he cant turn us down if we didnt consider him !!

So what if the three who have "turned us down cough cough" are Rosler (doesn't want a front line job, therefore could be said to have lost his bottle), Alexander (going to a club with serious money and has experience of bringing a club into the league, but do we want a manager who has bottled two seasons on the trot ??) and McLaren who is way way above our league any way, FFS the guy is an ex England Manager - he's not going to work in L1 is he ??

A bit of realism is needed. We are a league one club, the best we can hope for is an experienced Championship manager who wants a challenge

You mean like maybe a press release or something updating us what they were doing... similar to the one that was issued 4 days ago maybe........ not sure what else they can say until they have something else to update us with? I know we live in a 24/7 media age but what are you after - poop schedules, biscuit (both choice & quantity) and every call they make to agent, Coach, Cleaner.

Think people need to chill a bit, enjoy the sun and wait for movement then we can all get bitter and angry when Megson is appointed.

Agreed but more worrying is the number of people happy to accept unsubstantiated information as fact.

 

So today ........... or Tomorrow (or anytime thereafter ) Could see our 'Retained list' released.
I suspect that most on contract will remain, and a few out of contract will be kept.

With that in mind, just four Major quality recruitment's 'could' make a difference to our squad. I'd prefer six, but I'm not holding the purse strings.

Some will be seen as OK - whilst others will have a WTF reaction ............ It happens EVERY season, so worry not. I expect a midtable Budget, and a team to deliver that. No more - No less.
