That was an expensive 15 minute run out he got at Aldershot, cup tied now, no chance of that rumoured move to Man U, oh well.

 

Looks like 4141 to me. Caddis, Mellor, O'Connor, Chicksen at the back. Henry in front of them. Both O'Briens, Payne and Ball in midfield. Doyle up front. Or 4132, with Ball alongside Doyle.

I don't know but two weeks back Doyle played up front here by himself and tbh that didn't work well! That's why he chucked Kai up front at Oxford but then again that failed at Luton. God knows. Looks a tough midfield we have at least. No width. Hoping Payne won't be stuck on one wing and has a free role like Luton.

 

Can't see Wright staying, lower than Luca in the pecking order.

McGowan might stay as back up I guess, at lot must depend on wages there.

 

Sky has yet another possibility: 4-2-3-1, with one of the OB's (J. I presume) and Henry as the two and the other OB with Ball and Payne as the three. It does indeed look like a standard back four.
