Well, well, well.. it seems even the football gods were astounded by the decision to reward McCall with a new contract and have intervened

It is not too late to admit our mistake, let’s at least approach Parky and see if he’d be willing to drag us out the shit once more.

To be fair I’d love that although I’m not sure McCall would take a step down. It’s been raised a few times on here about McCall being a good coach and you can probably see that how he is with the players, unfortunately though he just isn’t management material.

 

What about Parky's fitness man Allanby is it? Did well at City last time.

 

Plus he's a former manager and you wouldn't want him back

The only difference between McCall and Parkinson is that Parkinson actually has some past achievements that he can try and emulate. McCall has achieved nothing in England other than taking Parkinsons team to a final.
