No of course not. If he did what McCall did that’d mean he’d done well. Which is highly unlikely given he’s a terrible manager.

Good Luck Parky ... He provided some great memories for Colchester and City fans alike , expectations of NE clubs usually exceed reality but they could do worse. Many would have bailed out on Bolton a lot earlier. He steered Col Utd to 10th in Championship in their first season fired by very attacking Jamie Cureton / Chris Iwelumo partnership , I don't get some of the negativity from City fans on Parky.

Oh come off it Parky is not a terrible manager.

Your bromance with SM is clouding your judgement.

Can never understand why people hold SM and Parky up against each other. Totally different managers with different styles. Parky more mercenary as a manager, SM wore his heart on his sleeve and loved the club. Both laudable
in their own ways for what they achieved at City.

Tranmere must be really shit. They won’t be able to show their faces. How humiliating for them.

I can't agree with you there. He's clearly not terrible - though his style is maybe more one-dimensional and harsher on the eye in footballing terms.

He'll take Sunderland up, if not this year then next. And you're talking about a club who's enjoyed its most enjoyable recent history with a standard 442, big man/little man partnership. And Parky is great a turning 'failing', 'large' clubs. Stylistically they're made for each other until he at least stabilizes them in the Championship. Then they'll probably go for someone more 'stylish'.

Sunderland fans not happy with Parky.

Booing team off at half time.

Team are struggling to score goals.

    They want him gone already.

Not sure he will get it mate.

They're are on him badly already. Attacking wise the football is dire they saying and are booing the team plus less going to home matches.

Look who is missing though McNulty, Wyke, Grigg, McGeouch, Baldwin and Duncan Watmore who was on bench isn't match fit yet. That's a massive firing line missing from the team there.

I'm sure he will be allowed time, else why would they get his staff from Bolton and give him 18 months?

Time will tell though eh :)

Yeah understand the owners might want to give him time but the fans might not.

Fans tend to win in these situations.

The problem is that the Ross was sacked in 6th and Sunderland have got worse.

Parky in big trouble at Sunderland. Lost 7/11 and home fans singing "sacked in the morning" at the end of tonight's game.

I never thought he was a good fit for that job. Parky's best work is done at crisis clubs I think now.

Was in Sunderland this morning Parky is about as popular as a magpie according to a couple of supporters I was speaking too. Can't see him lasting much longer the way results are going.
