But could they do it if you went down in person?

 

Just noticed my membership credit has now been applied to my account. Probably explains why on line ticket sales have been suspended for the past few days.

 

Anyone else having a problem getting into the online tickets, when I try to get in, comes up with problem with retrieving your details?
Two emails to club, one visit to ticket office and no joy!

Hope Erin hasn’t banned me for only thinking last match was poor !

 

I’m in exactly the same position
I got on line with no problem for Shrewsbury tickets but was met with a problem retrieving my details when trying to log on for Southend and Fleetwood tickets
I went to the Ticket Office to buy these and asked about the problem but was met with indifference
I emailed Mick Lamb who tried several times to sort this but eventually confirmed he was unable to clear my way in to the system
He said he would pass this on to the site developers but as yet I still cannot sign on
Having paid for priority away membership I find it incredible that a system that worked fine for several years is now inoperable

 

Where do you see the credit? Just logged onto my account and see no sign of £20 - figure I'll have to contact the club as there was a balls up with my membership in the first place (25yr taking up the option). Cheers

 

Log in, Select "My Account" then "On Account". When using your credit to purchase tickets, I think there is an option to use "on account" to pay rather than entering your card details immediately. Nothing seems straightforward these days does it? Hope that helps.

Yep, all sorted out now. Perfect timing now that fans have lost confidence and desire to travel to away games.

 

It’s hard enough getting motivated to go to home matches, take away the pre match beer and I’d really struggle.

On that basis I’m highly unlikely to travel to an away match to watch this shower of shite capitulate due to captain clueless’s tactics.

 

The other half is already saying if they don’t massively improved, he might put himself on gardening leave for the Charlton match!
