    afternoon all,

    As 25yr sucker, I had to buy a C&A membership as part of the s/t for this season. I still haven’t had the promised £20 added to my online account as part of the package. After talking to the ticket office today, after no response from the club by tweet or email. It appears that they can’t credit accounts via the new ticket system as it appears it’s the same as the old one with just a new front on...The club doesn’t have the staff to credit every Parader (£15), C&A (£20) member until the ticket company comes back with a better solution.

    I guess we can wave good bye to that part of the membership, unless Herr Radish is going to pop round with the cash? Maybe Tyrell Robinson could do it, he has some time on his hands for the next few months.

    Surely they can’t have sold many of them packages so should be able to manually add it.

    Looks like a fair few fans have been ripped off myself included, i won't bother getting any membership if it's offered next season piss up and brewery springs to mind

    You have only been ripped off if you haven't been able to spend the credit and you wanted to. Have you tried spending it?

    £124 for a couple of badges, vouchers for a pre-match meal & a stadium tour....glad I got a “free season ticket” with it.

    They advertised that £20 would be added to your account for use when buying I guess cup or away tickets

    Yep, I get that. But have you tried buying any tickets yet? And if so when you queried it did they offer to knock £20 off?

    Purchased away to Shrewsbury and Fleetwood but no sign of my credit being applied. An email from the ticket office just says they are working on a solution. Not particularly efficient is it?
