Agree, if the club were getting find for poor hygiene then they would of been all over like a rash years ago but they negotiated it and now it's just in a shocking state.

I would have no problem moving from VP if it meant better faculties.

However, Gibbs & Rhodes(or his replacement) need to do some serious talking soon because VP is looking a right dump!

You're right we shouldn't have to contact the club over hygiene issues.

Well I'm not happy with what is being dished up and although we know the feelings of our head cook,I feel it's about time we heard from the Chef himself. We deserve a better menu than this. Less entrée, more main.

Come on Fordy, you are not suggesting now that Patrick is all of a sudden a good player that we should have kept. I am pretty sure you were one of his fiercest critics before we got rid

We could have found a slight upgrade on Apkan. Unfortunately, not until next season

All makes sense now why our players don't tackle anyone. Our players making a stand against the corona virus.

Maybe they could install a few VR cameras at Valley Parade, then we could all 'attend' without leaving home.

I 'attended' SXSW in Texas last year, all from the comfort of my own home. It's slightly weird at first, when you realise that the people 'sitting' around you are in various countries around the world, but it's a big leap forward compared to watching on television.

It's not, they don't want to close schools because of financial reasons.

Keeping them open is the best way to spread any virus, unless kids are immune, which they're not. They will be carriers with the mildest symptoms, ie, hardest to diagnose.

Whether it spreads or not, schools are a better chance for it spreading than football games.

They cannot cancel events after that decision.

So all the health workers who have school age children, will have to stay at home to look after them, if all schools and nurseries are closed. Mmm that will help!

not just health workers, shop staff too. Majority of which are female and likely to be the person who needs to take time off to baby sit

Unfortunatly the way this virus is going finishing this season should be a very low priority for anyone, not having a pop mate.
After reading @Zonnebloem@Zonnebloem post is it worth attending the last few home games, I'd already made my mind up I wouldn't be going to away games after Salford, when I can watch them on TV ?.

What a sad indictment of where the fans rank in the british game. Pack em in, crack on as normal - but 1 player or manager gets infected and its 'game off'

You can't compare the two countries.

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-51858987

We're now so lazy as a world that we think that one size fits all, i.e. Ireland's reaction to the school closures is motivated by the fact that their European colleagues have done the same - but Germany and Spain have the thick end of a 100 more cases!!! So again Ireland's 'lemming' like approach is baffling

I think our thinking is far more considered and rational. It won't stop the virus, but it gives us the best chance to prevent it's rapid spread with the minimal amount of disruption

(expect this to get moved as well!! :))
