    I get that. Journey time approx 40 mins by car, which leaves it mega tight.

    Take 2 minutes in train line app dave . Just have to pay difference between fares . Something and nothing at minute

    I've changed my departure time/return time for 8.16 out, arriving 10.31.A £20 quid difference (cost of taxi basically)

    Tube over with no stresses. Original return was £35, so no real fuss.

    Possibly Kings Cross to Liverpool St (Metropolitan Line), then Central Line to Leyton and about a 5 min walk.
    Worst case 40 minutes, best 25

    BTW If you're there early the Supporters Club Bar is good, £1 for day member or free on production of a CAMRA membership. Be the cheapest ale you'll find in these parts

    Going to the Sutton game then realised our friends from East of Pudsey play at Spurs same day 12th Nov. 3pm kick off.
    Don't fancy sharing a train there and back with their hordes so Grand Central it is, direct there and back from Bradford, without touching L****s.
