If we play Salford what is the betting that Sky televise it and therefore change the date/time?

 

Especially if away

 

Sky usually do Championship games with the first on a Friday night to start the season and another Saturday but you never know.
What I wouldn't disagree with though is either Salford or Orient away.

 

Prefer a Home start and get the first win of the 32 on the board ? Definitely dont want Smallford away thats likely to go Ts up ? . But failing a Home, Cheltenham Away and a steady draw will be to plan.

 

How about Forest Green away. I’m looking forward to eating cabbage pie at half time

 

Forest green or Newport for me . New grounds and plenty of time to sort trains

 

I'd rather have an away fixture to start and
give the new players a game together before

Yep, totally agree with this. Plus, I’m away for the opening game, so I’d be happy with a long away day, one that I wouldn’t be going to anyway

 

It’s not going to be a great season in terms of numbers travelling to away games. With only a handful of ‘local’ Games, our fans are going to have to rack up the mikes. No Yorkshire derby games and the likes of Salford, Oldham, Scunny, Grimsby & Mansfield are the closest.

Not like the 45mins drive over to Rochdale or Bury or down the M1 to a Sheffield/Rotherham based club

 

Prefer it that way. Stops all the dickheads going to away games if their giro won’t cover it
