Never convinced we can make proper judgements with a sub coming on in a team lacking confidence. Fact is he looked great when he came on against Harrogate and was superb at Newport.

I'd probably be a bit crap if I'd been hauled off after doing no worse than anyone else against Walsall and then expected to produce as a sub in the next match.
