Absolutely. Halliday is a better crosser than Mezza ever was.

His energy and pace got him into threatening positions often during games but his final ball was imo a letdown.

He did drive into the box at times though and got shots off so that's one thing he did better than Halliday from an attacking sense

We are missing Clayton’s calm authority on the pitch. We need him to reassure players like Rom that it is a game like any other. In my view if we fail it will not be because of these matches in front of us but those behind us.

Get yourself down to the players' entrance early (for when the team arrive), you never know there might be a spare guest ticket going (then around to the away turnstiles, someone might turn up with a spare).

There are different hill locations for seeing most of the pitch, but I think none of them allow a view of both goals at the same time, so you will need to change position at half time.

Exactly loyal, one thing being in the khazi league has taught me over the years, never plan ahead as it will never go that way (eg losing at home to Barrow then going to Stevenage and winning)

It's crucial that Hughes picks the right starting 11 for this game. Will the mentality be to get a point here (seeing as Mansfield lost last night), or will he go all out for the win. Nevers surely will be benched, but does he risk starting Osadebe? Personally I'd look to start Costello on the left, but this could be a risk as young attacking players tend to forget about the defensive side of the game. Will he start with Derbyshire? Possibly, but would it be better bringing him on later in the game? Whoever starts they have to be on it from the off. 8/9 out of 10's is going to be needed to get anything from this. Let's just hope that the pressure of them needing a win will affect their game more than ours.

Have absolutely no idea what the result will be come Saturday. FACT.

However, I think we should all now sign off every post with FACT. FACT.

Disagree there. The lad has clear talent in front of goal and in attacking areas but needs to tidy up his general play. Costelloe on the other hand...

Have said it before this season is a mirror image of 79/80
There or thereabouts all season high expectations etc etc
We only needed a point away at Peterborough for promotion
Big away following party atmosphere you can guess the rest

We appeared to be more solid with Platt than we have for the last few games when he's been out. My only concern would be the time he takes to decide who to pass to. I can't see Northampton giving him anytime at all.

I have to be honest and say I never saw that one coming, I suppose if you play the kid enough you'll get a good game from him sometime, not sure this is the right game for the kid, please please prove me wrong Thierry.

Shocked he's playing, he was abysmal last week.

Clear the game was far, far too big for him

I'd bring on Clayton if he's fully fit to help manage this 2nd half

Automatic is not impossible. Very very unlikely - but so was the Bristol Rovers miracle.

First we have to beat Crewe.

Then better Stockport and Northampton's result - not as mad as it sounds, Hartlepool and Tranmere are not simply going to roll over.

I ain't putting any money on us though!!!

Disagree. The zonal marking has cost us many goals.
