Ideally, I agree. But the problem is, trying someone new and innovative now and it goes horribly wrong, the club's far too close to the wrong end of the lowest division, there's no buffer to correct the course and it could be very expensive at best [if they were in the relegation zone early next year, then they'd have to sack the next boss and try someone else] and could mean total oblivion at worst [the new boss fails completely and even after replacing him results don't improve and they get relegated]. With the state of the club at the moment, with the fanbase fed up and the squad not looking particularly resilient, it would take a very brave CEO to try someone totally new and 'revolutionary'.

In certain games this season some players have looked absolutely shagged out after 60 minutes.
And this has been in games that we’ve played at a pretty low tempo.
Blowing out of your arse after an hour is something that definitely needs looking at.

We can’t afford them if it’s down to money. If pep and the like are on millions a year these coaches are going to be on a lot of money. Leicester are bankrolled by billionaires dont forget. So far more likely to afford top dollar salaries .
