Again nothing will happen ,maybe a boo if we get/getting beat.
For the first time ever im embarrased to be a city fan what with all fake news/rumours,facebook ,twitter, forums etc that have absolutely helped ripped the enjoyment and togetherness out of our once all together beloved bantams.

What is not recognised by yourself and others, is that the anger, anxiety and sadness of our current state has poured out onto social media. This has not happened in isolation of what has been happening at the club. I would like you to explain to me what fake news has been sucked up by fans and influenced their perception?

I am not embarrassed to be a fan of city.
I am embarrassed that our club is being dragged through the gutter.
I am embarrassed that our club’s conduct with staff is now national news
I am embarrassed that our success over the last few years has been thrown away under the heading of progress
I am embarrassed and upset that we can’t enjoy watching our team, but are being forced to take on board the stuff behind the scenes
I am embarrassed that simple commmunication and connection with the fans has also been thrown away.

I could go on, I am not a happy Bantam, in all honesty I cannot remember feeling like this before. It saddens me that fans are divided. It seems our family club is a distant memory, I feel sad for the players and managers that have to try and play football in this toxic atmosphere.

I get that, but naturally a toxic atmosphere in the stadium causes unrest. Can’t see how that wouldn’t impact the players, not matter how professional and wealth of experience they have.

As @Silverbantam@Silverbantam says, sure any challenges so be kept completely outside of the stadium and after a game?

A typical example is a forum/member posted a question yest saying why as the chairman of friends of bradford city been banned from ground....then the chair person them selves replied saying its not true and please stop spreading rediculous rumours etc.
Its one of dozens and dozens of made up stuff that many see and believe straiggt away with out knowing the facts....
Im not happy with many aspects of the club my biggest gripe is the fans been so divided and the negativity around the club.its horrible at the moment .edin as made loads of mistakes but avnt we all?.
Im not bothered one iota about past employess leaving/getting shoved out the door etc etc im only concerned on the here and now.we need to back hopkin and stop looking for excuse after excuse as to why a certain individual went or why he/she said this or that.
I travel 110miles round journey to home games with a two year old and 11 year old in tow these journeys are becoming less and less enjoyable, this is edins last throw of the dice regarding hopkin and this is mine/familys too at making the effort to come up etc i think its time to cut edin some slack and of he fails this time then yes id agree he needs to look for a differant business project.its ladt chance saloon for edin ,and us as fans too.alot resting on the next six months we dont want added pressure do we.
    Cheers syb

Because clearly the suppport for Hopkins and players would be clear as day as would the manner of against Edin. If banners are made with them aimed at the club's owners I can't see how that would effect the players for a start. Also can things get much worse on the pitch results wise it might even give the players a pick me up?.

Got a feeling @Silverbantam@Silverbantam Edin may miss the game if he expects a backlash or certainly won't be seen in the ground.

Well making things up in this atmosphere will happen. What concerns me most and doesn’t bother you is that how you treat ppl who did work for the club does have repercussions in the here and now. Even if the employee has done something wrong and probably deserves a termination of their contract, you still give ppl respect, it matters because how you treat ppl is the very fabric of any business and even more so when it is a football club.

I and my husband have supported city since the 1960’s. Never before have I heard my husband as he did on Monday say that he did not want to go to the match on Saturday. I was shocked, we have seen everything that has happened to the club over the years. I am hoping he will change his mind, but he is convinced that the owners are ripping the club apart. So yes I do understand why you too might also be wondering why you are spending money and time going.

So we have deep seated anger amongst fans across the board. Cutting Edin some slack may well mask what is going on. He needs to come out of that office and talk to the fans in a straightforward manner, not lie to us, or try and unload his own responsibility onto others. He needs to stop trying to shut ppl up. We can’t solve this enormous problem by hiding or ignoring it. The manager and players need to be protected as much as possible from this awful toxic atmosphere. It feels to me like a relationship where both parties neither like or trust each other. I am not sure it can be repaired.

I get that but imagine what would happen if we go 2 down after 30 minutes whilst the Edin Out chants are going on. Do you think the fans who are already annoyed at the club wouldn't start with the boo's for the players? I'm almost certain that the fans would direct their anger towards the players too.

I think the fan/edin relationship is possible between the real fans of the club and the addults but the internet brigade and kids of today love the negativity and bickering its created.they thrive off it like sick weirdos.
Rupp needs to get a grip andcedin needs to start been more tactful.we need each other and can only move forward if both sides are prepaired to want too and are prepaired to agree to disagree.
Like i said hopkins is last throw of dice if this dont work i cant see no way back for edin and yes he 100% knows this!!!!!!!!

Personally don't think we will get a anything from the game anyway and even on the losing streak we are on the fans haven't turned on the players because the main problem isn't them.

Can't search everybody and unless they are visible how will the stewards know when going through the turnstile. Should the fans get them inside and then the stewards try to take them away is only when I can see a major problem. What ever happened to freedom of speech anyway?

Freedom of speech is there, you just sometimes need to take the consequences such as being thrown out of private property and never being let back in. I’m not saying that will happen but it could. You would then have the freedom to speak elsewhere
