No it isn't. All getting rid of collins has done is bought edin more time. I still want edin gone but if sacking collins and appointing Hopkin is a lightbulb moment for edin then great. I'm sure the fan unrest and talk of protests had an influence on edin's decision and made him realise he needs to swallow his pride and admit he is wrong. It's a small step in the right direction but if the same old problems start to occur again then so will the protest talk.

After the Southend game most were aware he was the wrong appointment, but got behind the players and coaching team for our home game against Burton, Wycome was a bridge too far for the lad, although once again the fans started right behind him and the team, as we did at Fleetwood so no blame can be attached to the fans certainly with regards the support from the start of games.
Most thought that the appointment at the time was a cheap option and giving them all 3 year contracts was hardly inspiring for coaches untried at a senior level.
Maybe Stefan has got involved after Saturday and put Edin in his place, but just how many times is he going to allow Edin to screw up and then be the spokesman for the *@?$ up and offer the fans his apologies and his standard comment "we're learning", you seem to be learning at your cost Stefan you really need to get this guy reigned in for the good of your investment and the progress of our club.TallinnBantam, Nick_W_, bantam2708 and 2 others like this. -

The majority who want edin out, me included, would have no problem if he becomes a changed man and GENUINELY learnt from his mistakes. The recent managerial change is one mistake rectified. He's got a long way to go to right the rest of his wrongs. If he somehow manages to do so, then I'd be happy for him to stay. If he doesn't and the same things keep occurring then I will be staying in the Edin out camp.River_City_Bantam, Tony Wilkinson, HUDDERSSBANTAM and 2 others like this. -

As I have posted elsewhere it should be a case of getting behind David Hopkin and the players Saturday but also letting Edin know how the majority of fans feel. The one thing we don't need is fans turning on each other regardless of opinions we all want what is best for OUR CLUB.

There was a post somewhere, I can’t find it to quote it given the number of repetitive posts and threads there have been, where someone said a fan yesterday had headed towards the directors box and shouted “get back to Germany”.
No idea who the guy was, but there’s seemingly a bit of a racist element in that and also some posts on here.
Things have been much worse under English owners, but I can’t remember the hatred that there seems to about now. Strange that.....
If there is going to be a protest, I’m guessing quite a few from the EDL and the like will be added to increase the numbers.bcfc2015, brisbanebantams, MickyFinn and 1 other person like this. -

As above Skyebantam, nothing positive to be gained from it right now. Personally I think Edin has got himself into a hole he's never ever going to be able to dig himself out of, I take no pleasure in that because it must be extremely worrying for him after his investment, financial and personal.
We were sold a plan and then watched as it flip flopped all over the place to no plan at all, just a mess. McCall to Grayson to Collins WTF?Wakefield Bantam, CT Bantam, WilsdenBantam and 1 other person like this. -

Followed by 2 years at gillingham 12 years in temporary stadium withdean before going to The amex stadium,so a journey of nearly 20 years. We stopped the york game 1996 by invading the pitch and pulling down the goal posts, also the ceo was chased out the ground several times.
