The original Wimbledon were experts at it, away dressing rooms, one toilet, no hot water etc, some visitors hated it, others such as Mr J Dicks loved it as it put him the mood to "do battle"

Yeah I had wimbledon in mind a bit when I posted. I think a lot of todays players wouldn't fancy it rather than be galvanised by it, as they were a tougher breed back then.

Rod, in answer to you and Westwood, I know a lot on here think all at the Club are dumb but it really isn,t the case. The tunnel changes nothing in terms of access and over riding all is the fact that work like this and the dugouts have to be approved and the SAG (Safety Advisory Group) who are responsible for our Safety Certificate to stage games also have to sign off work such as this. Dealt with.

Thanks Shoatsy. Haven't seen much comment from the MDF Moaners Club. Come on guys it's a miserable Sunday morning, surely not too hard to add to Shoaty's shaft of sunlight. Only joking.

Instead of looking like a ghost ride entrance now looks like going into a nightclub entrance.

Just waiting to see two bouncers outside it.

It looks better than before I will give it that.

Haha, yes Beautiful place to live, nice mix of Aussie and Asians and a few English thrown in for good measure.

The four seasons in one day is definatly a kiwi thing which I experienced a few times when living in Auckland previously.

Tennis looks like it might be in again in January, going to one of our amazing beaches when having a day off with my better half tomorrow
