    Just catching up.

    I really don't get people on here sometimes. Complain not enough staff, complain too many or just complain. Fortunately I'm old enough to know what YTS was and Lewis isn't that. He has been with BCFC for the last year at least and follows in the role previously carried out by Isobel Pitts and Luke Gallagher before her.
    He is not the PR/Media face of BCFC that is Ryan's job and was before. He is doing the exact job function of the two named which is exactly as Biker describes.
    Suggest less carping and more constructive.

    To be honest I don't see why Rhodes isn't facing the fans and the media. At most other clubs the CEO fans up to the fans.

    Can you explain why he doesn't?

    I've no problem the club hiring people but I have a problem when a CEO doesn't face fans and a club just seems to have no direction off the pitch then that concerns me. We say we are a Championship club but facts are we are in div 2. It's time to show ambition now.

    Why haven't we a Sporting Director? Or do we have to hope McCall's ipad is fully charged everyday?

    To be fair also in my day it's an apprentice not YTS but it does seem that people just want to pass the book in facing the fans in certain things. Let's hope this year we see full clear accounting reports as promised this time.

    What do you want a man to say when he doesn't want to be here (he has already said that) and is not wanting to be involved in any future short to mid term planning.

    We all know the score behind the scenes and, until a new CEO is brought, in nothing will change.

    I would rather hear from a new CEO with exciting plans for the club, wouldn't you?
