An extremely good article highlighting how a good percentage of fans feel he has been a fan for many many years seen all the ups and downs (mainly downs) but only now is he feeling the disconnect at its strongest
I suspect many fans his age (and we have plenty of them) feel the same A lot of our "older" fans will be considering not returning to VP due to Covid and the way the club are performing will cement the decision not to, along with others finding different things to do on a match day (backed up by the clubs reaction to low I follow sales) season ticket sales will be at an all time low
This situation could have been and still could be avoided by some plain talking from the heirachy at the moment many fans think they don't care about our club, possibly they don't but for goodness sake end the silence tell us what's going on we are after all fans the lifeblood of the club without us there wouldn't be a club

Gibb to replace Rupp and Sparks to replace Rhodes is my guess

 

Is it the same announcements you expected today, just delayed? Or something different?

 

Anyone expecting anything other than Sparks is going to be gutted.

Groundhog Day

 

I'm hoping it's the end of the Rupp era.

All this cost cutting, poorly assembled squad not taking up all the salary cap, lack of backroom staff, Mcburnie monies has enabled us to make savings and allow some monies to be reallocated back to Rupp. This allows a new buyer, to buy at a reduced price, suitable to both parties.

It makes sense.

Well it doesn't but I can live in hope.
