You’d think it’ll be just like most e tickets - once scanned cannot be used again? Just like people downloading concert tickets to an Apple wallet etc.

RE leaving the ground, i reckon there’s no way around that. If you leave it would be via a side gate anyway, as the entrance gates arent opened until nearer to FT, so if you leave via side gate the same steward can let you back in. Not many will leave mid match though?

 

In the Kop they used to just go in the toilets!

 

That happened to me and I had someone else's season ticket. Mick Lamb sorted it out straight away.

 

Downloaded the updated App today and nothing on it.

There is a heading under my account for friends and family, I click on it and its a blank page. Not even my ticket is on it.

Rang the ticket office today as I've ordered the cards for my family and I, and informed that should receive by 23rd July which is cutting it fine, especially with the App nonsense for back up

 

Mine shows last season ticket. 21/22

Just last seasons season ticket showing on mine. Been to settings and clicked on 'Force Season Ticket Reload' but nothing.

I'm assuming not everybody's account has been updated yet?

 

No, tried that a few times today. I have now emailed the ticket office for help

 

Update the app in your phone's settings or via your app store of choice to get the new ST loaded.

 

Didn’t even know we had an app thought it was just that iFollow app, signed in and season ticket there and can access the ticket office on there. Decent used to have to mess about going on browser.

 

Don't they usually say they should be received week before season starts and there has never been a back up. Did you stress so much in the past?

 

Pretty much my own fault as I couldn't remember my number when I first installed so I didn't enter it on the app.
There is no option to add this detail now so my ST doesn't show on the app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled but because I am already registered I can't now add my number in which is very poor.

 

That sounds very much like an issue I had with setting up an online account when I renewed my ST last season. It took them a couple of attempts but ticketingsupport@bradfordcityfc.co.uk were very helpful and got it sorted for me.
