    Just noticed on the new version it shows all the season tickets for everyone in your friends and family.
    That’s a bit stupid I think.
    What if you accidentally scan the wrong one and then another one of your friends can’t gain access.

    What if in the ‘old days’ you forgot your season ticket? You’d go to ticket office and tell them and they’d print you a ticket.
    Having so many tickets loaded onto an app is asking for trouble.
    What about the Shipley Bantams lot who’ll have 50 odd linked season tickets lol

    Downloaded the updated App today and nothing on it.

    There is a heading under my account for friends and family, I click on it and its a blank page. Not even my ticket is on it.

    Rang the ticket office today as I've ordered the cards for my family and I, and informed that should receive by 23rd July which is cutting it fine, especially with the App nonsense for back up

    Tried settings earlier. Just the option to 'force season ticket' reload, nothing happens. Its a load of shite

    Works fine for me (Samsung phone). My new season ticket is showing up.

    I've copied my season ticket into a secure folder, as a back up option, as well.

    Just last seasons season ticket showing on mine. Been to settings and clicked on 'Force Season Ticket Reload' but nothing.

    I'm assuming not everybody's account has been updated yet?

    Had the same issue,
    deleted app, re-installed and logged back in.
    22/23 season ticket was then there

    Didn’t even know we had an app thought it was just that iFollow app, signed in and season ticket there and can access the ticket office on there. Decent used to have to mess about going on browser.
