    Not sure what the problem is, my 23/24 season ticket is already on there. The pic of McCall in the dugout and National League logo on the side are slightly worrying though.

    Very good response from that email address. Apparently my issue was my customer number hadn't been added, so they have sorted for me this morning now.

    Credit where it is due to Dean from the ticket office for sorting promptly

    Tried settings earlier. Just the option to 'force season ticket' reload, nothing happens. Its a load of shite

    Aye. I'll just register my details over and over again with the other 91 league clubs just incase I want an away ticket at some point.

    Thanks for the advice but I'll probably pick up the phone and call the ticket office instead.

    deleted app, re-installed and logged back in.
    22/23 season ticket was then there

    Just go on the York City ticketing website North Stand sold out to City and three blocks in West Stand nearly sold out. Would advice anyone driving to book parking on line through York City

    I agree it’s strange we have to register details with an away club and not something I’d be willing to do frequently.
    I suspect however in this case that even if you called their ticket office they’d want your details.

    They need details for the system and also they need to know where the ticket needs to be sent
    They should be in the post now so you'll probably receive them any day now.

    will the QR code recognise you have already entered , what's to stop someone sending there QR code to a mate and both using it

    Will it recognise its been used already that day ... what if you need to go out and come back in again
