What about having a song by a bradford group like Agadoo by Black Lace or Tequila by Terrorvision to walk out to??
15000 fans doing the Agadoo dance would be an impressive sight

And aren't the Cult from our fair city too? If so She Sells Sanctuary would be another good un for the players to walk out to.

The Cult aren't really from Bradford. The singer, Ian Astbury, lived here for a bit, but he's a Scouser originally I believe. The guitarist, Billy Duffy is a Manc and a diehard (meaning he was watching them long before their rise to prominence) City fan.
I think Astbury may have written a few Cult (or Southern Death Cult as they were originally known) songs whilst he was living in Bradford though. I think the lyrics to ' She Sells Sanctuary' could very well upset some fans if it was used, lots of fire and burning imagery employed.

 

The theme from Steptoe and Son would have been more appropriate.

 

Or living next door to Alice by Smokie. That would be interesting.

We'll have to bring some Motorhead CDs onto the next Dolly bus for Andy to play!! Remember seeing them at Bradford Uni when I was 16, superb!! Couldn't hear a thing for about a week afterwards mind!!

 

Would love to hear ‘The Seeker’ by The Who as a top rocking tune however ‘ Born to run’ Springsteen would be great, maybe one from Akpan to motivate him and set the scene. Walking on sunshine by Katrina and the Waves is a bouncing tune to open up.

At the moment ‘ don’t stop believin’ by Journey would be appropriate and finally ‘another one bites the dust’ by Queen to put pressure on the opposition at home would be interesting.

I’ve just watched this back again lol. I wonder what the opposition fans thought when this was blazing out?! And our players too!

 

Not a song to come out to but as an oldie I am enjoying the classic Rainbow Valley by Love Affair from the 60s which is being played on a regular basis. ( although the sun has been somewhat lacking from our Valley for the last couple of years )

 

They probably as bewildered as us, wtf this crap.

 

Maybe theme from Dambusters would have been better

 

A bit leftfield but one that comes to mind iis the theme to the tv series The World at War. I think it would get everyone revved up.
