big appointment, henuinely cant quite believe it. might not have an amazing record at the top level but more than enough record for him to rock up at bradford and be a success. Hats off to Sparks for pulling this off, the pressure was on him after the adams debacle and I dont think he oculd have pulled out anyone thats more qualified than this

if we back him I think this is the best chance we've had of going up in a long time. not only that, this will completely unify the fans as opposed to an appointment like evans or ferguson

To be fair we thought Adams was the answer about 8 months ago. Hughes has never managed at this level with such a lack of resources. Be interesting to see what he can do with players of limited technical ability. Everything seems to hinge on Rupp suddenly seeing the light and deciding to give the impression he actually cares, and that will only become clear in the summer.

 

Yeah fair points on all scores there mate. As I said I think if we back him we'll go up. I know its us but I also dont see why we would go out for someone like hughes just to not back him properly

 

The same could be said for our appointments like Adams, or Grayson.

Maybe Ryan has seen the fans reaction, not merely in social media but the drop off in home attendances and has told Rupp this could be the last chance saloon with regards big season ticket take ups and ultimately what that could mean for the club and his investment going forward.
