Looks like David Hopkin is in the running according to this agent, coming in for talks over the weekend.

Hopkin has today left #Livi and is looking to move into the English Leagues. Have heard rumours of Shrewsbury interest, but I know of nothing official. He has however spoken with Bradford City representatives. #bcafc #bantams

For an oldie he does suprise me with some of his comments, it would certainly be an intesting threesome.

 

Seems folk are happy to point the finger of blame at them but not give them any credit either.

Sorry I'm lost, if he's his agent wouldn't all contact come through him? So how has he heard rumours of Shrewsbury interest, he's either had contact or not.

 

The thing that I find really amusing with football fans is they constantly complain amount the same managers going round and round every year and moan especially about the lack of English managers or lack of ex players going back into the game yet none of them want them to be tried at their club. How are these guys supposed to get into management if they can't be given a chance?

Whether he was approached in January is true or not, the point is that he didn’t speak to Ipswich until their Wembley defeat. And was appointed days later.
