    To be fair Norm they did pay £6 million for this 'unattractive' club so they must see some attractiveness, beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that shite. Do agree with the general gist of your post though.

    The great plan appears to have little detail, other than some perimeters i.e. sell on/development players; coach rather than manger; owners micro manage; no investment/self fund.

    Grayson declined a longer Contract when he became manager in February. He made it clear he would consider his position, he was not a success with an inherited squad, will any new manger fare better if it is Edin and Greg who are signing/retaining players?

    The longer into the transfer window, the less player options are available.

    The lack of communication by the club, with fans (apart from the pitch) is worrying at the very best!

    The lack of action, is delaying any potential feel good factor, which in turn will impact on any potential late surge in Season Tickets.

    Given that the owners knew that there was a very good chance Grayson would not stay, then the delay in getting a replacement in, is in my view exceptionally worrying.

    I really wish that this was not happening to my club!

    No I don't.

    I have personally built a company from scratch through to selling to a large multinational.

    It requires a plan and the strength to stick to that plan both financial and operational when all around you people are screaming it is all going pear shaped.

    It requires investment, but at the right time and in the right things, and it requires the right people in the right positions. People who believe in the plan and commit to it,

    You build a solid base and grow from their,

    Go to fast without the right foundation and people you crash and burn.

    When we start we all make mistakes but we learn and adjust. As the owners are,

    So not a lack of ambition but an understanding that if you don't have billions to simply throw at it then you need steady progress not flame and burn out.

    omg, i have called this right from day 1 if true.

    A puppet for the puppet master.

    The pied piper of bradford will play the tune "keep believing" and the gullible will follow to league 2

    and the curtain call will end by Park Bantam saying this was our no1 target.

    If it is Stockdale who I suggested last week he was a highly successful under 21s coach before having spells as coach under some good managers like Allerdice and Coleman. He fits the bill well

    As someone who last week lost his wife of 30 years to cancer
    I partly agree with you but its such a bastard disease sometimes even the Highly Skilled doctors
    can not stop it
