it's such a little thing, really, the vernacular used but it does make a difference. it's important that we see stuff like this, and the club staff using twitter again etc since they were banned before.

all these things can add up, and if things are happier behind the scenes then it's easier for players and staff to perform to their best.

 

Not sure I agree about club staff using Twitter again, personally I think all communication should go through the correct channels rather than individuals/club staff.

 

Well of course, but I would expect more on twitter now the cuffs are off.

I think he means the staff actually passing comment again, which the clearly were told to stop tweeting anything #BCAFC related. It was instantly noticeable when they were allowed to do it again.

 

He was called Head Coach, he is still Head Coach and we've just appointed an assistant Head Coach.

 

Most companies restrict their staff commenting on anything work related on twitter. Stuff should be done through official accounts only

 

Now that the euphoria over Rahic leaving is dying down, I think Hopkin will be next in line for most fans venting. Some have already said he’s not good enough

However, it’s still a very poor side and he’s gone but overnight that does not fix the squad which is bottom of the league for a reason. Rahic has left a lot of shite to sort out behind. Very little goals in the side and a poor defence.

New coach is in now and hopefully we see an impact.

 

Yes unfortunately now for Hopkin he will get the brunt if results don't improve. Unless we have a scapregoat then Hopkin is going to start to get any blame.

 

Well I hope not. We will have to wait until the end of the season to assess DH. If he manages to bring in good players in January, we might stay up, but we shouldn’t start having a go at the manager. The squad is what it is. You never know they might surprise you, hopefully the 2013 squad have left some of their magical DNA in the dressing room

 

The bottom of the table position has not disappeared overnight, we will need extremely hard work, good players in addition to what we have and a big slice of luck, but sacking DH cannot be the answer!

 

I do hope fans don't think the magical figure of £1m that was quoted recently WOTP ?,is going solely on transfers there will be some disappointed Bradford City fans.

I think one of the sad things about this is that we will never know if the model would have worked properly. If Rahic had been less arrogant and appointed and appointed a proper Director of Football giving Stuatt freedom to coachm, if we'd had a fitness coaxh in etc then we could now be in the Championship and have demonstrated a different approach. We are unlikely to see that again at Valley Parade. Rahic broke one of the first rules of change managemwnt qhich is if you want to embed something then be willing not to try and get all the credit. Howecer, all the potential credit for if it works = all the blame for when it fails.
