The allocation is probably why the stagger has shortened. The club will know how many customers will be in each band, and have adjusted accordingly.

There's probably not 1800 fans with 900+ who would be likely to attend anyway so the banding will reflect that

 

You make some very good points there.

 

I understand your points and it makes sense but loyalty shouldn’t be measured on how much you are willing to spend.
I’d hate a situation where all the fans buying 5 pre match pints and a pie have more points than those who dedicate their time AND money.
If it’s all about money then let’s just charge £500 for a loyalty card and have done with it.

Top game tickets used to be based on ticket stubs from previous cup games not a silly points system.

I have low points so will just go in the home end for games restricted with away tickets

I have never seen the appeal of going in the home end. The enjoyment factor must be nil.

I don't think they will be zeroed but I do think some will expire, maybe only last two seasons will count

Went to the friendlies, the cup games and two home matches and haven't really seen a shift in points..

 

go to your purchase history and all your purchases done using your account should be listed

 

They are all there, just been on 890 loyalty points for a while now. Had a season ticket this year and last plus all home matches, 2 friendlies and 2 cup games. Might ring up and enquire

150 per season ticket and 20 points for each home league game. So 760 before any matches this season

 

Talking of Harrogate away. Do we know yet if it's 3.00 or an early kick-off? My Fotmob app is still showing 3.00 but the police usually make it earlier, I believe.
