    Wasn't it Burnley who changed the goalposts?

    Back to Dennis, he knows where the net is but at 28 and lower league, can he step up a level? Why hasn't he made it already?

    Even I'd admit Dennis would be a good signing. We shouldn't underestimate just how rare 20 goal a season men are. He's definitely worth the punt at a reasonable price. Unlike our current crop at least he actually achieved something significant something last season.

    Agree with this.

    We know he can score goals, and he has also demonstrated he can stay fit through a season.

    At 28, he should have a minimum of 3 or 4 years of good football in him. I'd be happy if we gave him a try.

    If the T&A report is accurate, it shows:
    1) the Club is still prepared to pay a fee for players; and
    2) the Club is still prepared to sign 'older' players.

    Just for those that believe all we are going to do is sign young cast offs from other Clubs ;).
