Hawkes is on his way out because Edin had "that" photo blown up and realised that Hawkes was in the background on his second job as a wine waiter. As he was therefore in the same restaurant as the evil infidels, he'll be shipped out (or "disappeared") very soon.

As club captain Wright should definitely attend.

 

When I was doing my old job I built the covered car park and part funded the artificial surface. Nice people in charge at the time.

 

Anyone else wonder if there is more to this than we know?

Is it outside the realms of possibility that Killa has said something out of order and this is the result?

I am sure lots of players were let go like this pre social media days without this sort of fuss.

 

I’d had this theory that is was all down to Collins trying to make a name for himself and prove his authority by showing he can make ‘tough decisions’ like leaving out such an experienced player. Steve McLaren did something similar when he became England manager by dropping David Beckham, although he soon went back on it.

Probably nonsense but to me it feels at least a little more plausible than him being dropped simply because he happened to go to McCall’s leaving do.

 

It’s interesting that some people are mourning the loss of the players who appeared in that infamous photograph. Forgetting that these same players through there performance helped Stuart to lose his job

Are you saying that Killa's performances were behind Stuart getting pushed? I seem to remember you being really happy when Stuart went, well you now have all that you wished for.

 

All I am saying is that the players as a collective helped towards the sacking with some terrible performances. I am sorry Killa has been frozen out and I am sorry he looks like leaving the club. He is a great guy and a decent footballer
