    Just heard a few words from him on Radio Leeds, saying how much he enjoyed playing against Shrewsbury and how he loves the English game " I hit them, they hit me!". He might never become premier league but I think he has the potential to be a cult hero at City. I actually thought against Shrewsbury his enthusiasm rubbed off on Wyke who raised his game as the match went on. Just my thoughts based on what little we have seen so far.

    Didn’t see his first cameo off the bench (where he was slated), but on the other 2 occasions I’ve seen him he’s looked like he’s got a passion and desire that some players have sadly lacked this season.

    He works hard thats for sure, not sure if he has the ability though. We shall see in coming months and lets all hope he does :)

    Once the pressure of this season is over, some chill time with his family and a good pre-season follows - City could have a strong striker full of confidence for next year. He would be quite a handful for most Lge 1 CB's. :)

    He holds defenders off well and can certainly pick a pass even when he's got 2 or 3 players on him. He's still raw but with the right coaching he could become a decent member of the team.

    I like the fact that for a big guy he seems prepared to run at defenders and take them on

    Me too. Can’t remember the last time I saw one of our centre forwards actually run at the defence.

    Three years ago I believe, Hanson got the ball and went one on one with Beevers of Millwall who pulled him down and got sent off after 6 minutes ;).

    All of those who slated him after his 20mins debut in English football should hang their collective heads in shame.
    Comments such as "pub player" "looks like he won a raffle to play", really are designed to dent a players confidence.
    The step up in class in a different country is massive but, some of the posters on C & B were not prepared or not intelligent enough to see this.
