Look, things aren’t great at City, Kai isn’t the greatest City player ever, but I don’t understand these threads. He’s been given a chance, who wouldn’t take it? If he’s picked, that’s not his decision. Getting personal on here is sooo easy, but hardly becoming. Maybe it’s just me, but I think this kind of thing is distasteful.

I'm not bashing him though, I bash the people who decided to bring him to the club, and insist on continuing to pick him.

This is an awful thread, regardless of ability he is still our player. There are a number of players who are lacking in ability, but like @JonButterfield states it is not their fault. He actually tries very hard when on the pitch, I know this isn’t enough, but he is giving it his all.

The question isn’t is he any good. It is is he a footballer. He gets paid to play football so I’d say he is a professional footballer

 

Harsh thread, we all know he has very little ability, but this is what worried me from the second I first saw him.

There is no need for ridiculing a player who has tried. It isn't his fault we signed him or have him a multi year contract, and while criticism in one thing, this is a bit unfair.

 

I'm sure Hopkin asked for everybody to pull together in order to progress. Kai obviously has a lot to learn and maybe it's too late for him. Taking the mick doesn't sit right with me, considering he's one of our players who gives his all every time he's called upon.
He'll put his head where it hurts, which is more than could be said for some of the others earlier in the season, so let's cut him a bit of slack.

 

Same people who think Rahic is doing well and just glad to have a team to support ?

 

What's there to be gained from lambasting our players like this?

Not helpful. He tries his best. The issue is our recruitment. We’re going backwards under Rahic.

 

The Lad has a big heart, i cant knock his effort.
However I dont reckon he'd get a regular start at Thackley.

 

It's nothing personal, he may be a lovely bloke for all I know. But he's not of the standard required by a League One professional football club.

If he was called Kevin Bunker and came from Eccleshill, he'd be nowhere near playing for Bradford City. That's my major gripe, that it looks like he's been given a contract because of where he's from rather than how he plays.

His 1st shot in anger yesterday was great it had half of the midland road ducking for cover and scrambling to make sure he didn't smash any flasks.......

He was remotely worse yesterday than at Wimbledon. Just.

He won a few headers at Wimbledon, ran a lot. Yesterday, absolutely terrible.

We went down to 10 men when he entered the field of play.
