Wright had a good season once, or he keeps telling us, who was his midfield partner ? Bradley dack, says it all really.

The guy is a waste of h2o and should feck off back to joey Essex before his inclusion in our team ends in disaster

 

Wright is piss poor. End of. (but as stated earlier, his hair is nice)

What bothers me is the fact that he is likely to start every game because he wears the captains armband

The guy needs dropping and that armband ripped from him and handed to the far more deserving O'Connor or McGowan

Akpan is another that doesn't pull up any trees for me either. For a big guy he's shirked a lot of important 50/50 challenges

It's a major and obvious problem. Our midfield is WEAKER than the shambles we had last season, and needs rectifying urgently.

No wonder the hoofball to bypass it has been so obvious. They are simply clueless with what to do with the ball

Wow @Claret Fish you're a brave fan trying to defend Akpan (even given Wright has been crap so far) I thought bringing Akpan off yesterday on 56 minutes was one of Collins better decisions .

 

Did you mean o2? Does add a comical twist to your post though.

 

It does say he has by no means played well not sure that is defending him. I am talking over all games so far really not just yesterday as to be fair Collins could have taken anyone off yesterday and no one would have complained.

 

I'd like to know what they do in training, even players with very little ability can still work together as a unit if they are coached well on the training pitch. Wright and akpan don't seem to have been taught anything about playing together, there playing like school kids just chasing the ball. It's so amateurish it's unbelievable

He would walk into our team, yes he isn't an attacking midfielder but God he's a massive upgrade on what we have
