    There is an evening drop-in service (called The Sanctuary) at the MIND building near VP.

    Yep. I had a bit of a breakdown a few years ago and were referred to them. It's sort of a crisis centre for evenings only.

    Also I believe the Idle Draper has a weekly Andy Man's group. And they are city fans and sponsors. Might be helpful.
