    I had a period not long ago when all I wanted to do was get away from it all and it’s not good, but given the right help and support there is a way out.

    Mental health issues are a big talking point amongst men at the minute, and we shouldn’t be ashamed to talk about our feelings.

    Bit of a mystery, I saw and spoke to John at the Liverpool game, he was sitting with SMcC and others. He appeared on good form. I have taken some steps to assist if that is what John's message requires.

    Yep. I had a bit of a breakdown a few years ago and were referred to them. It's sort of a crisis centre for evenings only.

    Also I believe the Idle Draper has a weekly Andy Man's group. And they are city fans and sponsors. Might be helpful.

    All good now thank you. Pressures of work, family life, life in general (and City last season :weary_face:) etc. We all have our moments I guess. Lots of info out there, NHS leaflets, website etc.

    Hope to hear positive news about John in the morning.

    Good news. Looking at his public posts on FB etc, he does seem to have some depression type problems. Let’s hope he gets right help.
