The thing with fans like yourself couldn't see past the end of your snout and anything that was said against Rahic at the time was wrong in your eyes BUT as proved a certain section were 100%correct as to what they said. In the beginning there was probably 15 % of the fan base disgruntled by the end I'd have hazard as guess of 80-90% finally realised that rahic used this club as a plaything and ruined some hard work that previous owners and managers had created getting fans through the turnstiles and playing decent football. I'd suggest that rupp was kept in the dark until it started to appear in the national and international press then rahic couldn't hide it rupp made enquiries told rahic to clear his desk and then had to go cap in hand to Rhodes to see how he could turn it around . That's why certain people were contacted to stop the flyover ie the fans so yes we did contribute to him going.

The problem being is that most of them weren’t what you’d deem to be ‘injury prone’ at the time of signing them. We signed them expecting them to play big roles and not just in the treatment room.

I can only think of Scannell that fell into the ‘warning’ category before the arrival of Anderson and now Woods.

I think there’s a likelihood that many of our injuries are down to our shambolic pre-season.

 

Similar to the amount of minutes he's played since he signed then.

 

If the reason he stays sitting on the bench is because Akpan continues to play every game like he did yesterday, he can sit there all season for me.
