At least you acknowledge it, hats off. However the coaching staff at MKD would have known him, and advised the club/ GA , loan or retain because they wanted to trim their squad after relegation.Source Winkleman as they had money troubles.

 

Alexander was the manager at the time Kemp was loaned out and before that time he had played 2 pre-season games so to say Alexander didn't know about him isn't true

We know a few key dates but nobody has mentioned any preseason games , taking place immediately at the end of the season. I’ll be happy to do some research to check your rep.

Did you check the team sheets for Wealdstone and Barnet away?

 

He played 66 mins at Wealdstone.

I’ll see if I can find the details of the Barnet game.

 

So far I found he watched him 66 mins against Wealdstone and came on as a late sub against Barnet.

So he did know him….for about 80 mins of game time over two games.Plus any training activity.

The next couple of weeks are going to be very interesting. We are all speculating about things like will Jake Young be sold, integrated back into the squad, does he want to come back, is Bobby Pointon ready for regular L2 football/can he yet play the role GA wants him to play, who will/should we try to move on in January, who will we bring in. I think we are missing a point, me included, GA my take a different view to all of us especially regarding Jake Young. Young is only half way through a 3 year contract, 4year contract according to Young himself. It's going to be very interesting to see how it plays out.

 

Very true and so far he hasn't made many bad calls even if we fans don't always go with his team selection etc.

 

He was usually a starter under Hughes along side Platt or Stubbs.................................then again that's no endorsement .
