Bit harsh on her. I remember most people calling for James to be sacked just after he took over especially around tickets etc

 

To be fair he hadn't been in the job that long. By the end the majority of people realised that he had learned from the experience and was doing a good job at the end.

 

And she hasn’t been in the job long, if she even is.

 

I have no idea what role she actually does? Washes the kit?

 

Neither do I. I was reply to the post saying she was rubbish and would never be as good as Mason. The same could have been said about him when he took over from Baldwin.

 

I have got to say, the lead in in post from the dolphin just seems strangely random. Then it goes on to belittle Mason for no obvious reason. Oh well, I am sure there is a reason for it, just seems like a bit of wummery.

 

And he joined the forum on Wednesday just to make that point, think you could be right.

 

If anything I've written is incorrect then please point it out.

Where you said Mason said McCall deserved the sack in the matter of Heart DVD, that's just a lie. Matter of Heart finished filming 8 months before McCall was sacked so how does that even make sense???

Legend in his own lunch box, I don't understand why his only contribution is to have a go at James Mason, now't as strange as folk.

 

Was talking to a chap who sits on our row in Upper Kop (seen him for years but funnily enough was on the same cruise as my dad in September!!), he was there on Tuesday at Stephen Darby night. He said he had a word with James Mason and asked him directly if he had wanted to leave. Mason replied 'Did I f**k!' But he also said change is going to happen, don't know what that means but thought I'd share it....

 

We're getting a lot of this 'change is coming'. Something is being alluded to but will it come in time?

 

It wouldnt be my ideal situation but if Edin went and Stefan brought in an experianced CEO/CCO that would be a massive change of policy, but I suggest the alternative leaving Edin in charge will leave their investment on dodgy ground, as well as the bad feeling that would continue.
I believe there are people watching the situation but will these two be prepard to sell, they say there here for the long term but I would have thought that comment was based on the club progressing, hardly our present situation.

 

An interesting conundrum, especially for Rupp who has no real interest in football. Going down to League 2 will obviously impact the value of the club but if they sold for 3 - 4 million which is less than reportedly paid, will Rupp just right that off and think never again? Is that a better option for him than maybe having to put in more cash and still take a hit later down the line anyway? I know he came out and said Hopkin would be backed in January but fear it will be too late by then and given his comments in T&A Hopkin is obviously not prepared to be held over a barrel by the free agents....Will be interesting to see if there are changes, let's hope so.
