At the beginning of last season I bought a handful of match passes at 6 euros each. I tried every combination I could think of (different browsers, app, casting, HDMI, different resolution settings) but the quality was never better than SD (and sometimes worse). My internet speed is fine, as is my hardware, so I just assumed it was the service provided by iFollow and stopped bothering. Several of you are saying it's improved though so I'll give it another go this evening

Well at least I don't have to arse about aligning the pictures with the commentary anymore -- loving the built-in commentary!

Excellent quality stream so far. Commentary, plus some stats thing up in the corner.

To be honest, I don't think the match pictures have improved for me. Still a bit grainy and jerky. Put it this way: If my TV picture quality was this bad, I'd be pretty miffed. The still and moving graphics are fine, as were the FIFA19 and skybet ads in the break -- it's just the camera action I find pretty poor (by comparison). When I think back to how I used to have to survive with crackly, whiny BBC World Service for football coverage though, it's a fantastic service for us expats!

 

Not sure then, using a German server and no issues whatsoever.

 

Are you getting TV-quality pictures?

Actually, I've just noticed that my laptop picture is pretty good, so I'm getting some degradation on my telly (via HDMI). Guess I'll just have to choose between decent laptop picture or slightly worse picture on my telly.

Quality was fine for me, my problem is that they zoom in too far so you can't see anything but the player on the ball, and then the camera just jerks to where ever the ball is going. Doesn't make for pleasant viewing

 

Yeah the camera work is not great.
Overall picture quality was good. Will try from HDMI next time, instead of casting.
Only problem I had, when it stopped working telling me I can't run two streams at a time, and close my other browser/device. I only had one running, so I had to reset it.
Great to have commentary - makes a huge difference.
