I completely agree, I just think it could make for a good debate by the football powers in allowing those less fortunate than the majority to still watch live games.

Let's be honest, it's not as if you can't actually watch the game anyway if you really want to.

 

How many fans do clubs have that for potentially life threatening medical reasons can't attend? I'd suggest the number isn't even 1% of the people that stream illegally.

 

I sympathize Kevin. I'm sure there's someone on this thread who could message you with a solution to your problem. There's a few ways to watch the games, home and away, from your UK home.

I think the price is fixed at whatever exchange rate £140 was at when they set the price. I pay in Euros (though I live in Poland which doesn't have the Euro) but I don't know which other currencies they accept elsewhere. The price hasn't gone up this year though last year it increased by almost exactly the same amount that was refunded after the season ended prematurely. Funny that.

 

Same for me. An Exeter supporting mate who lives in Cracow is coming to mine for the weekend so we'll watch and drink together. I'm even planning to make pies and a curry. I'm so looking forward to it.

Loved Krakow when I visited. Hoping to go to Gdansk next (and got advised to go in the run up to Christmas) once covid is well and truly under control.

 

Like I said, you could fly into LBA quicker than you could get from where kev lives. So why not postcode band it ?

 

Love Poland, would have been a few times in this covid period. If you're going to Gdansk go to the WW2 museum and try and get to a Gdansk home game, the atmosphere is nuts. Zakopane is a must visit if you're around that region, beautiful place.

Have you been to Warsaw? The Museum of the Warsaw Uprising is well worth a visit. And if you the the Gdansk fans are nuts you wait til you see the Legia 'kibiców' in action.
