How many season tickets will we sell?

Excellent season ticket sales, seems that there are not many of us that are true to our word.

think you we might take last game if the season into account. It is a very emotional time for city fans.

What these sales highlight is that the cheaper tickets have worked in increasing the core fanbase of the club, even if we don't sell anymore season tickets from the last update we'll still get an average next season of more than 14,000 which would place it 9th of the 16 seasons doing this. Realistically we'll sell a few more and the average will be more than the 14,100 (13/14) and 14,250 (19/20).

Even if we retained all of our season ticket holders the average attendance will likely be lower (assuming we are in league 2) with no Stockport, Wrexham and Mansfield plus potentially Doncaster who will probably have brought more than the 6 new teams combined. Only positive is that we will be getting rid of 2 of the lowest with Forest Green and Sutton/Colchester.

to be honest he will never go and use his ticket it is more an insurance for games when we need to buy tickets eg cup games. For league games he will sit with us and use my nephews seat who is at uni.

when the ticket sales have finished I’ll go and have another conversation with the club about them freeing one of the reserved seats next to us.

 

When you go on the available seats, the ones around are always taken but no one ever seems to sit in the row in front of us bar the odd one or two. Always wonder where the seat holders in front of us go?

The ones by us are usually empty but they sell them as part of the meals and sponsorship deals so sometimes for 'big' games they are all taken

 

Let's be honest the majority on here thought it would be far worse than a couple of thousand.
Like it or not were still the envy of most football fans even with the cheap tickets, proven when we take figures like we have done over the years to away games.

You both have raised fair points, although Hughes got us to a play off place the football (especially at Valley Parade) was a hard watch, I believe the majority of Bradford City fans would have gone for a lower figure than the 13.000+ we've achieved so far, showing their loyalty once again and hoping all those who have input at OUR club can give us something to shout about this season rather than another false dawn.

 

Considering everything that we've gone through this season then season ticket numbers are absolutely staggering.
No gimmicks this year and still we support the team.
We really do have a special fanbase, like you say Bronco we are without doubt the envy of many a team up and down the country.
Starved of present day success but it still doesn't deter folk from committing yet again.

I believe this is the third season where 0% interest is available for your season ticket, I also believe most fans who have renewed are hoping Rupp will back his statement up with action, we've seen David Sharpe arrive at the club something IMO we have needed for a while so I'm not sure the club should be getting much praise for something the majority of fans on here were asking for since Ryan took the CEO position he should never have been in a situation where he had no one to go to (apart from Mr Posh) for football advice.
