Nevermind the 3rd, I thought they give up, as usual, after the 1st goal

76 ish. Weather was as cold as the £4.00 cheeseburger at half time and the only positive was that the car hadn’t been broken into while watching a horrendous game.

Left just before the final whistle. I walked along Midland Road and it was eerily quiet. Not the usual dissecting of the match, just the acceptance of how bad we are and the realisation that we might be going down.

As soon as their first went in the writing was on the wall. As a team we’ve no bollocks at all we just fold when we go behind.

Yep ............ There used to be a time that City only went through the motions at that point - These days we can't even muster those. It's almost as if the players start their 'warm down' as soon as we go two behind.

Like most on here - I can take and accept defeat ................ BUT - never from a just lying down position. With no or little fight, there is little or no hope for this team.

Much as I blame Hopkin for his selection and tactics yesterday .......... The players too showed a lack of bite, by failing in the basics, whatever position they were asked to play.

That sums up Saturdays perfectly these days, yet in some perverse way we still look forward to 'em.....

Thats what it felt like the whole game, the goal in the first minute killed the game. Not one point all season coming from a position where we have been behind. That’s depressing reading.

That was the earliest I've ever left a game. Soon as the 4th went in.

I got to my seat at 5 minutes in and went back to the bar at 15 minutes gone . A full 10 minutes of that crap was enough for me . The pie chips and gravy soon took my mind of the football . Shame the san Miguel went off in the second half . Had a chat with scannell after the game . He said it was terrible and not good enough . No shit Sherlock . Said he’s back middle of next month . Mellor , reeves and chicksen sat there silent like the blanks of wood they are .

You can see why Parkinson signed players based on their personality, temperament, professionalism and desire rather than ability, goalscoring record, supposed talent, etc, etc.

I'd take a Steven Davies or a Jamie Proctor over an Eoin Doyle each and every day of the week.

We need strong characters, we have done all season. Caddis and Jimbo have it, we need more players like them, we need at least one who is captain material and can get the team going. This roll over and die if the opposition score is not good enough.

Left as 4th goal went in. That’s the earliest I’ve left since Blackpool away last season when I left just after half time.

Left a few minutes after the 4th goal as I thought I might as get home to get ready to go out rather than rushing about.

55 min I left because I had endured the same garbage at Barnsley 7 days ago so what’s the point in waiting for a shot on target or indeed a shot in 90 min no shots at Barnsley and one shot in 55min on Saturday after 45 years of supporting a wonderful team including the bad times I have never been so depressed to see a club go down the pan so quickly, not sure were we go from here but it certainly looks like div 2 after the last two performances.

At a guess I would say they are just as disillusioned as everyone else by what's been unfolding before our very eyes and find it hard to drum up an atmosphere based on some of the home performances this season.

I’d take any of the three mentioned above George Miller.
