    It is actually a problem you see with a lot of old traditional stadiums, its something about the traditional designs that no matter how good the drainage is it's not good for maintaining the quality of the grass. Old Trafford had the same problem for a long time and they spent alot on all sorts of things to sort it out and the only thing that ended up working was switching to a natural and artificial grass mix but at Citys level something like that might be outside the budget
