    As I don't know how to do one of those forecast polls I will leave it for someone to edit.

    Despite the loss of Callum Cooke the week's training will have benefitted the squad and I predict a narrow win.

    There are some interesting stats in on the Oldham fans forum.
    Unfortunately I can't get the link to work!

    I feel like we've played them about five times already this season!!

    They've got the worst defence in the league and shipped 4 last time out. I really hope we attack this lot from the off and don't let up should we go one up.

    Oldham are one of our bogey teams! Overall our record is played 115:
    • Won 34
    • Drawn 33
    • Lost 48
    Over the last ten matches against Oldham, we have won two, drawn one and lost a staggering seven!

    As near neighbours (only Harrogate are closer to City in League Two), then this could described as a Pennine derby!

    So a heck of a lot to prove.

    How far back do you want to go? Apparently we played a club called Bradford Park Avenue last century.:confused:

    Rotherham, York, Doncaster, and Mansfield are closer to VP, than somewhere like Hull.

    Big test for T&S, They failed the first one not signing another midfield player in Jan when most supporters were crying out for one realising we were in trouble if injuries, The second test is how they react to Cooke missing and how they set the team up, Hopefully not trying to play 3 wingers against a good midfield in Oldham like they did at Carlisle where they were overrun and were clueless until changes were made

    Don't really know how to gauge this, Oldham's ridiculous nonsense under Kewell looks to have gone now, aside from a 4-2 loss against a top side, they've drawn three games 0-0, 0-0 and 1-1.

    That doesn't suggest the goals are still as free flowing as they were, but we're not as good defensively without our key attacking players.

    Literally no idea. 1-1?

    Curle dropped Bahamboula for their last match. He has been picked for the Congo squad and leaves for Africa after this weekend ,so let's hope he doesn't play at Valley Parade .
