A simple cross from their winger and ROD made a complete balls of it.

 

ROD is utter crap

 

That is a bit unfair. It was a decent attack. Nice feign to shoot by their lad and a good short pass. If anything Threlkeld didn't need to tuck in centrally. When he moved in (not sure why) it gave their left sided forward space for the shot. Maybe O'Donnell could have done better. Maybe one of the two defenders could have been quicker to get the rebound clear.

 

It wasn't a simple cross. It was a shot. Maybe he could have held it or pushed it out more but two defenders also stopped and didn't try and clear the ball.

 

Have City warmed up yet?

On the plus side, there is plenty of time to get back into the game and score a goal or two.

 

No chance of promotion with that sixth rate keeper- not a chance.

 

But ROD isn't the problem though.

 

The high press seems to leave us very open to counter-attacks.
