I can see us getting done today, not just saying it to complain but we were outclassed to them at their place and everytime there’s a really windy game we play the conditions appallingly, think Barrow away last season and Scunthorpe this season. Hope I’m wrong but just a feeling, with any luck the wind will blow a few in the net for us becoming one of our top scorers in the process.

Good performance so far best in a while, hopefully we can sustain it second half.

 

Good half. Very comfortable and in control for the whole half.

If there's a criticism though, we're a bit too heavy on the foreplay and not spending enough time doing the business.

We need to be a little more direct when it comes to crosses and shots when we get into good areas.

And while he's not had much to do, Bass positional play to sweep up behind the back 4 looks very good.

 

Need to keep attacking and score a second.

Bit worried Mr Risk-averse will get the team to drop deeper and invite them onto us.

 

As ever, we started the second half with less intensity than the opposition.

Still vulnerable at 1-0. Shame about Vernam. Perfect opportunity for a loanee winger to come in...if only we'd signed one.

Yes it’s called the Rupp curse, being striking us down for over 4 years and everyone but him seems to get blamed. Can’t be bad if he’s getting a nice little 300k a year as rumoured as well.
