It’s even getting poor at the turnstiles. Have you seen how slow it is to get into the ground?

A lot of that is due to high numbers and folk turning up at five to three. Turn up earlier, no problem getting in.

I find the opposite, sometimes we're so late we miss the minutes silence most weeks...;)

Oh, that all saying. Turn up earlier rather than look to solve the problem.

It’s too slow to get into the ground it’s that sample. Getting out of the ground is also a joke if you don’t leave earlier.

I always find the logical approach the best. Same when I'm leaving a game with nearly 20,000 in attendance. I just wait behind for 5 minutes till the crowd has dispersed. No problems where I'm concerned.

Not everyone is like you and fans shouldn’t have to do what you do. Solve the problem. Speed up the process. That simple. What to act like a big club then behave like one. Currently under Sparks we are failing to do that .

It's called using a bit of common sense. Don't worry, I know it's something in short supply at Chez Fordy.

Or pay that bit extra and avoid the turnstile

They could easily speed it up at the KOP by adding wider stairs next to the school and removing the roadside barriers. Very little cost. In fact I'm surprised its not a safety requirement.

The problem is the barriers are required due to safety requirements which then makes the path too narrow due to safety requirements. So it is actually safety requirements that are keeping the current position

Honestly, arriving or leaving is never a problem for me. I understand that at any ground with large numbers, leaving till 5 minutes before kickoff is just asking for trouble. And getting stuck leaving is like those weird people on planes who are trying to get off the plane before it's even stopped taxiing. Just chill, take 5 and wait. Works for me.

That would certainly help and a exit into the road at top of the steps where the barriers are.

Again that will never happen due to the road lay out and the safety requirement for the barrier at the bottom

    Totally agree

It was even more chaos when they wouldn't open up the car park access behind the school. Absolute mayhem. At least common sense prevailed in one aspect!

The club have mentioned the reasons why they can't do it before. Will never stop folk going on about it though. Can even hear people complain on match day when stuck there. Jeez it's 5 minutes of your life.

Agree mostly with you on this,I have my problems with sparks on match days on some might call Trivia things like No Cash and only card kiosk or end of the match day programmes in which I collected for years.

I believe in choice and the No cash kiosk was brought under covid and why not have at least one kiosk that uses cash ? On the match day programmes why not have a slimmed down version of one sheet of paper,I would still buy it.

I know many on here might think these are small things but choice’s at any clubs is a good thing in my view.

When they get a couple of pool tables and arcade games on the concourse everyone will be turning up early.

Fair enough on the barrier but there is nothing to stop the steps being widened.

Why not open both kiosks on the upper kop as well.
